UBL 2.1 Freight Invoice now final?

We are in the process of implementing the Freight Invoice.
Can we safely make use of draft 3 or will there be further changes to this?
When can we expect the final version to be made available?

Draft 4 is in the works
I'm excited to hear of another implementation of UBL in the works.
Draft 3 is not the final version. Committee Specification Draft 4 is in the works:

... but the changes in Draft 4 are not related to the Freight Invoice, as you can see in section B.3.5 of Draft 4.
Nevertheless, please remember the admonishment in section A.2:
"THIS RELEASE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. IT IS PROVIDED FOR TESTING PURPOSES ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR PRODUCTION SYSTEMS."
Thankfully, the number of changes in each review is getting much smaller, so it is encouraging to think we will soon have the final version of UBL 2.1. Please keep following the committee mail list archives or the UBL-Dev mail list for announcements.
